How do I access courses?
Sign in, open the Catalog, add a course to your Cart, and complete checkout. Access appears instantly in your Library.

Tip

If you don’t see your course, refresh the Library page and verify you used the same email at checkout.

Levels #faq-levels
What levels do you support?
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and All Levels tracks. Each course lists prerequisites and suggested materials.

Beginner

Casting on, knit/purl, basic shaping, reading simple patterns.

Intermediate+

Colorwork, cables, garment fitting, and finishing techniques.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a course doesn’t fit, contact us within 14 days. We’ll help you switch or refund promptly.

Is there a recommended learning schedule?
Yes—most students do 2–4 lessons per week, with one practice session in between.

Do I need special yarn or needles?
No. We recommend common sizes and affordable yarn, but you can adapt materials to your preference.
